I specialise in helping people with issues relating to anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, the challenges of expat living and more. Qualified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and as being a mental health counsellor, I bring a variety of therapy styles to our sessions, tailoring our approach to what is best suited to you as an individual,

your circumstances and your needs.

I offer sessions both online and in person.
